Help Spread Happiness with Love Peace and Harmony

Dear Ones,
My greatest love to you all. Chanting Love Peace and Harmony, brings happiness and joy to my heart and soul. You may also have experienced similar happiness and joy. You may have experienced other ways that Love Peace and Harmony has healed and transformed your life. It would be wonderful if everyone could have these experiences of happiness, joy, healing and transformation. Every time I chant and share Love Peace and Harmony, I am humbled by the power, and blessings of this Divine Soul Song:

Last night in my meditation group, we were chanting Love Peace and Harmony with a focus on water, which is an essential part of our lives and for Mother Earth. We invited all the bodies of water, all the streams, the rivers, the lakes, the oceans to chant with us. We invited all the water molecules in the clouds, in all rain droplets, in the snow, in the ice caps, as well as all the water molecules within our own bodies, to chant with us. When we are babies we have more than 80-90% and as we grow up into adulthood this reduces to about 60-80%. It felt wonderful to be connecting to and chanting with all the water molecules within us and on Mother Earth. The participants shared that they felt so much more peaceful, more grounded and coming back to themselves after busy days at work. 

My spiritual father and teacher, Dr & Master Sha teaches that if a fish lives in polluted water, either the fish will become sick or die. On Mother Earth, we are living in a polluted environment with both external pollution and internal pollution. External pollution could be from what we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink, what we see, what we hear and more. Internal pollution could be from our negative thoughts, negative words, negative actions and more.

How do we save the fish? To save the fish we need to clean the water! 
How do we clean the water? One way of cleaning the water is to chant Love Peace and Harmony. What you chant is what you become. The work of Japanese scientist, Dr Masaru Emoto, has demonstrated the connection between message and water which he shared in his New York Times bestselling book, "Hidden Messages in Water". His work involved freezing water and observing the shapes of the crystals formed under a microscope. He found that water from clear mountain springs and water exposed to positive words such as ''love'', "happiness'' or ''gratitude'' formed beautiful, bright shapes and patterns. When polluted water or water exposed to negative messages was frozen, the forms were malformed, dull, and fragmented. However, his work also showed that when polluted water was exposed to a positive message, such as ''love'', by chanting "love'', or placing a label of  ''love'' on a container of water, then the frozen shapes changed from malformed to beautiful crystalline structures. 

For myself, the implications of Dr Emoto's findings are huge. His work could be seen, from a scientific perspective, to show that is possible to transform the negative messages within the polluted water, by giving a positive message, of love, or gratitude and more. If our bodies are largely, 60-80%, composed of water and approximately 71% of Mother Earth's surface is water, then water is key to healing ourselves and our planet. 

If each of us can lend our voice and spread the message of Love Peace & Harmony we could heal ourselves, our families, our communities, our water and Mother Earth. Therefore, the power and significance of spreading and singing Love Peace and Harmony is truly beyond words.

When You Believe in Yourself

Dear Ones, Believing in ourselves is sometimes one of the most challenging obstacles to overcome on our spiritual journey. Often we find it easier to believe in others, to believe in the Divine, Tao and Source, than it is for us to believe in ourselves. Have you ever felt this way? Bringing Love and Forgiveness to a Relationship Challenge

Most of us have experienced a time when we had a challenge that caused great disharmony in a relationship. It could have been a challenge with a life partner, a friend, a brother or sister or a colleague. A few days ago, I was chatting to a friend who shared that there had been a disagreement with a loved one.
