Having Greater Compassion for Ourselves

Dear Ones,

Over the last few days, I have realised more that one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves, is to open our hearts to ourselves, to have greater compassion for ourselves. Many of us have been through many painful experiences in life including difficult childhoods and this has deeply affected our lives as adults. There may have been times when the experiences were so painful that we closed our hearts, not only to ourselves, but also to the Divine, the Tao and the Source. There may even have been times when we stopped believing in love, we could have stopped trusting in love. This lack of trust in ourselves and in life could affect us profoundly. When our hearts close then we are cut off from the source of nourishment, from our source of love from the Divine, the Tao and the Source. When we close our hearts to ourselves, then we separate from our own beloved soul. In order to trust again, we need to have great compassion for ourselves. As we have compassion for ourselves, our hearts can open to have compassion for others.

Please enjoy this blessing of compassion as Master Sha chants the Da Bei Zhou, with Master Eli Ho dancing. The Da Bei Zhou is an ancient compassion mantra with incredible power to bless and transform every aspect of our lives. Request a blessing from our Beloved Guan Yin, the Buddha of Compassion and the 87 Buddhas of the Da Bei Zhou as they offer their blessings of compassion that can help us to open our hearts again with compassion for ourselves, to heal our relationship with ourselves, so that we may have greater compassion for others.

With greatest love

Master Lenore

  1. TY Master Lenore. I added compassion to the practice on p. 209 of The Power of Soul book by Master Sha for healing family relationships. It was the guidance I received. I had tried many, many techniques over the years to heal the 12 years of estrangement with my brother. Nothing worked. When I added compassion to the practice in this book it only took doing it two times (5 minutes one time, and 10 minutes one time one week later). Three days after the 2nd practice my brother called me. It was as if the estrangement had never existed. I was so happy. My mother lived with him so our relationship was restored too. I'm so grateful to have met Master Sha, learned these simple practices that can have such a miraculous effect on this relationship. My brother had been diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer. Healing our estrangement allowed me to be with him before he died. Countless thank you's, love you's and bow downs. <3
